No boring workouts — we provide an environment and building blocks so you can work and play.

MINIMALIST

No equipment? No problem! Sustain and preserve your health with our at home Minimalist program designed specfically for individuals who want fun full body workouts right in their home! This program utilizes your body weight – no equipment necessary.

QUATRO

The big four! The only equipment you need for this at home workout are four pieces of equipment: a pair of dumbells, a kettlebell, a medicine ball, and a jump rope! Jump right in and get your blood pumping because this program is for all fitness levels.

FIRE BREATHER

This program is for individuals who have all the equipment necessary to complete a full CrossFit workout but still need guidance & accountability. Don’t worry, we’ve got your back! We will provide you with an at home workout comparable to if you were working out in the gym.

Once you have the basics down you’ll book classes easily on our app, enjoy the workouts with awesome people and reach your goals in no time!

OUR CURRENT SCHEDULE

Our classes are one hour and will encompass warmup, the workout, cool down, and discussion. We ask that all those scheduled to attend the online class be on time.

MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND FRIDAY
9:00AM & 5:30PM PST

All workouts are available 5 days a week and we offer zoom classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
